Why not make use of our Community Rooms? We can host small meetings, large community press conferences, book launches, all kinds of classes, performance art, birthday parties, a wedding reception and more!
Half Day from
£70.00
Morning hire: 9.00 - 13.00. Afternoon hire: 13.30 - 17.30.
Whole-day hire is available. A 50% deposit will be taken to secure your booking.
Hire Information
We can host small or large groups with a variety of seating and desk options. Our seated-at-desk capacity is 70 people. The rooms are light and airy, have under-floor heating, access to toilet facilities and kitchenettes. Free wi-fi available.
Additional Extras
You can also include a visit to the Caves, and you’ll receive the Group Rate for entrance. Make a visit to the Caves extra special with a guided tour at £50 per 20 people (plus entrance fee).

Out-of-hours hire
Out-of-hours hire is available from £50 an hour for the community rooms and from £75 an hour for the Caves. Out-of-hours hires can also have access to our flexible café space.

Business Away Days
Take a break from the office and take the team out for the day to refresh thinking with our away day package (available term time only).
Your away day will begin with pastries and coffee before the team are taken into the Caves for an exclusive tour by one of our knowledgeable team members. We’ll then leave the rest of the day to you - with exclusive hire, the community room is yours for the day.

Each additional adult is subject to the Group Visit rate of £4.50.
