A bell rings! The Chief Elf will call your name when it’s time for your family to visit with Father Christmas. You’ll enjoy some time with him in his cosy Christmas Cave, and the children will receive a special gift.

Journey back above ground where you can warm up with one of our luxury hot chocolates and other seasonal treats in the café.

Head round to Elf HQ where you can create your own special Christmas craft to take home. And find a treasure trove of perfect gifts in our Christmas shop. The magic of Christmas returns to the Caves from 2 December.

Tickets now on sale! Book on the links below.

Tickets are £12 per child and include their adventure in our Christmassy Caves, a visit with Father Christmas, a craft activity to take home and a gift to take away. Up to 2 adults per booking (regardless of the number of children on the booking) are free and no extra tickets are needed. Any additional adults cost £4 each and will need to be paid for on the day.

T&C’s and Access:

Any child wishing to visit Father Christmas and receive a gift needs a ticket. The first 2 adults per booking are free, regardless of the number of children on the booking; any additional adults will be charged at £4 a head. Children not wishing to receive a gift will be charged at £4 each, and can be paid for on the door. Only one booking per customer.

Please note that the experience is in the Caves and as such is not fully accessible; there are 32 steps to enter the Caves with no access for pushchairs, buggys and wheelchairs.

On the day, please arrive in your time slot, not beforehand, in order to help us manage wait times.

There will be time spent in the Caves as part of your visit and there may be some waiting to visit Father Christmas. If your child will struggle with this we recommend booking into one of the first two time slots of the day.
